# Our own site and follow-up, built in public

We're using our own system on ourselves: this website, our CRM and our follow-up. We publish the real numbers every week, including the bad weeks.

## The problem

Pine Peak is a new name. Instead of a thin portfolio, we're showing the method working on our own business.

## What we did

- Built our brand and this website
- Set up our CRM and instant replies to new leads
- Set up automatic follow-up on every inquiry
- Publish the numbers every week: inquiries, calls booked, what we changed
