Legal review: This is a template. Have a qualified lawyer review it before launch.

This policy explains what personal information Pine Peak Creatives ("we") collects through pinepeakcreatives.com, why, and your rights. We're based in the United States and work with clients in the US, UK, European Union and Canada.

Who we are

Pine Peak Creatives. Contact: Contact@PinePeakCreatives.com. For EU and UK privacy law, we are the controller of the information described here.

What we collect

  • Information you give us: when you use our forms or email us, for example your name, email, phone number, business name, website, region, budget range and your message.
  • Technical information: our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes IP addresses and request data to deliver and protect the site.
  • Analytics: only with your consent where the law requires it. See our cookie policy.

Who we share it with

We don't sell your personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We use service providers to run our business, such as website hosting and security (Cloudflare), our CRM, email, booking and, if you consent, analytics. They may only use your information to provide their service to us.

International transfers

We're based in the US, so information from the UK, EU and Canada is processed in the US. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

How long we keep it

Inquiries that don't become clients are kept for up to 24 months, then deleted. Client records are kept as long as needed for the contract and legal obligations.

Your rights

  • EU and UK: access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, objection, and withdrawing consent. You can complain to your data protection authority (in the UK, the ICO).
  • California (CCPA/CPRA): know, delete, correct, and opt out of sale or sharing (we don't sell or share). We honor Global Privacy Control signals. We won't discriminate against you for using your rights.
  • Canada (PIPEDA): access and correct your information, and withdraw consent. You can complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.

To use any of these rights, email Contact@PinePeakCreatives.com. We'll respond within the time the law requires.

Security

We use access controls, two-factor authentication where available, and encrypted connections. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information.

Children

Our services are for businesses. We don't knowingly collect information from children.

We'll update this page if our practices change and show the date at the top.
